Server Software Install Request: If you need additional components loaded to the server, choose this option. This includes php add-ins, perl modules, and other similar components
Technical issues: If the server is behaving unexpectedly or generating errors, choose this option
*Other: Anything not included in the above supported categories. Depending on the issue and its complexity, we may request additional fees in order to process your request. You will be notified of any applicable fees prior to billing and prior to the work being done. Generally it's a 1 time fee of $1 or less per request.
